Our Day on the Trail

Day 19 of our Lycian Trail adventure was short and sweet - just a quick loop to the castle village of Simena.

We visit Kaleköy several times each season during our Kekova cruises, so the day was more about stretching our legs than exploring the castle. If you'd like more information / better photos of Simena, please visit the "Destinations: Simena" page on our website.

We've been together nearly 8 years, and today was the first time Oktay and I visited Simena castle together.

The remainder of the day was devoted to napping, laundry, and planning our next few days of hiking.
